9.4.LIMIT OF APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY
The following are excluded from the warranty:
• Installation, maintenance and, more generally, any intervention involving the manufacturer’s
products must be performed exclusively by professionals. These interventions must also be
carried out in accordance with the standards in force in the country of installation at the time
of installation. The use of a part other than the original one will ipso facto void the warranty
on the entire appliance.
• The equipment and labour provided by a third party during installation of the equipment.
• Any damage caused by a non-compliant installation.
• Problems caused by deterioration, accident, improper treatment, negligence of the
professional or end user, unauthorized repairs, fire, floods, lightning, frost, armed conflict or
any other case of force majeure.
WARNING: EQUIPMENT THAT IS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY, INSTALLATION, OPERATING AND
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS OF THIS MANUAL WILL NOT BE COVERED
BY THE WARRANTY.
Every year we make improvements to our products and software. These new versions are compatible
with previous models. The new versions of hardware and software may not be added to previous
models as part of the warranty.
9.5.IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WARRANTY
Call your professional for more information on the current warranty. Any request will have to be
accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
9.6.LAWS AND DISPUTES
This warranty is subject to French law and any European directives or international treaties in force
at the time of the claim which are applicable in France. In the event of a dispute regarding its
interpretation or performance, the courts with sole jurisdiction shall be the TGI de Perigueux in
France.
10.ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Protection of the environment is essential. Our company is strongly committed to it. Our products
are designed and manufactured with high quality, environmentally friendly, reusable and recyclable
materials and components. However, the different parts that comprise them are not biodegradable.
European environmental directives (WEEE) regulate the end-of-life of electronic equipment. The
objective is to reduce and recycle waste, avoid the dangerousness of their components and
encourage the reuse of products.
The symbol
affixed on our product indicates the need for selective collection, with items
sorted separate to other household waste.
Therefore, we should not discard our product by simply throwing it into nature:
• You can drop it off at a waste collection centre.
• If you buy an appliance with similar features, you can give your old one to the seller when you
purchase the new one.
