MANUAL MODE
Press the salt water chlorinator button
to
reduce the displayed production level by 40% (by
default). The bar graph LEDs will flash. They show the
setpoint value before activation of the cover function.
Press the
button again to deactivate the function.
AUTOMATIC MODE
To automatically activate the cover/shutter function, you must connect your salt water chlorinator
to the shutter’s electrical cabinet. (See section 3.4. Cover or shutter function)
When the shutter’s contact communicates to the
salt water chlorinator that it is closed, the chlorinator
reduces the displayed production level by 40% (by
default). The bar graph LEDs will flash. They show the
setpoint value before activation of the cover function.
This function is deactivated when the shutter opens.
Notes :
• The automatic mode overrides the manual mode.
• The
button is disabled when the automatic mode is on.
• If the cover/shutter function has been activated before the automatic mode activates, it will
automatically be deactivated when the shutter opens.
6.1.5.3.
Adjusting the % drop in production level.
This value is set at 40% by default. However, you can change that value.
Press the
button for 10 seconds to start a slow
LED chaser on the production LEDs:
• 1 LED lit up = 40% reduction.
• 2 LEDs lit up = 50% reduction.
• …
• 6 LEDs lit up = 90% reduction.
To confirm the percentage reduction, release
the
button when the desired LED is lit up.
6.1.5.4.ACTIVATING AND DEACTIVATING THE FLOW SENSOR.
REMINDER: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE
When you install or do not want to use the flow sensor, you must reconfigure your salt water chlorinator.
• Turn your salt water chlorinator off using the on/off switch.
• Press and hold the
button and turn your salt water chlorinator on.
• Wait for all the LEDs on the front to light up, then release the
button.
• Your salt water chlorinator is now reconfigured.
