19.1.1. Constant airflow operation (CAV)
Mode recommended in installations where it is necessary to maintain a constant airflow
The speed of the fans is continuously regulated in order to maintain the setted airflow. The control is performed by
means of pressure transmitters assembled and wired from factory.
CAV control mode selection
The access to the simplified parameter setting menu allows to set:
• Reduced flow, Normal flow and Extra flow for each fan. Extra flow can be configured over or below the Normal flow,
so that it can be a “boost” or a “min. speed”.
The choice between speeds/flows can be done:
• Automatically by timer (see section "24. TIME PROGRAMMING")
• Remotely, by external digital contacts (see section "14.4.2. CAV wiring diagram").
• Manually (see below).
Stop: Stop the unit.
Reduced flow, Normal flow, Extra m

/h: Set point manually selected.
Auto: Selection of the set point is done according to the time programming.

Independent SAF and EAF flow control:
SAF and EAF are controlled each one by its respec Ɵ ve pressure transmi Ʃ er signal.
The pressure transmi Ʃ ers are supplied from factory assembled and wired. The controller performs the conversion of the
signal received from the pressure transmi Ʃ er to fl ow using the rela Ɵ on:
