5.3 Splash
Screen
At power-up there is no splash screen shown. The M button will light at
night brightness level when power is applied, and the display will be blank
for approximately 25 seconds.

Initial Bootup Display
After approximately 25 seconds after initial power-up, a short introduction
screen will be displayed which includes software and database versions.
