IMPORTANT FEATURES OF YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
Read all the instructions.
Your pressure cooker will offer you safe and economical cooking with low heat on your stove.
Its specially designed safety lock will lock the clips after steam has started to form within the
cooker and prevent the lid from being opened.
The cooking valve located on the lid will discharge the excess pressure in the cooker when it is
turned to “cooking”.
The pressure cooker will enable you to cook vegetables, soups, soaked legumes, canned goods
and meats within a short time.
An elegant, durable 18/10 stainless steel pot that can be washed in the dishwasher, thermic base
for balanced heat distribution, ergonomic handles that make it easy to carry, a locking mecha-
nism that enables the lid to be opened and closed easily.
The cooker should not be lled above 2/3 of its capacity.
While cooking food that is liable to expand during the cooking process-such as rice or dried
vegetables-, do not ll the cooker above half of its capacity. Should be lled to max line.

Do not place your pressure cooker within the reach of children; do not let children or elderly peo-
ple use the pressure cooker.
Never put your pressure cooker in a hot oven.
Do not touch the hot metal surfaces of your pressure cooker.
Never deep fry in your pressure cooker.
Never fill your pressure cooker up more than half way every time you use it.
Before you start cooking, make sure that the lid is closed correctly.
Never use your pressure cooker when it has no liquids in it.
Do not let persons that do not know the instructions to use the pressure cooker, use your pressu-
re cooker.
Pressure cookers are pressurized containers designed to cook foods with liquid.
Never use your pressurized cooker for other purposes

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
Please read the following instructions before you use your pressure cooker. Wash the lid, gasket
and pot of your pressurized cooker with detergent and plenty of hot water and always dry your
cooker after each wash. Put at least one cup of water in the pot along with the food you are to
cook and never fill more than half of the pot even with water.
Move the cooking valve button to “steam discharge” before each time you close the lid.
While closing the lid, press down on the plastic part with one hand.
