4. Troubleshooting

Updating the Program - MAIN

How to connect

- Connect the USB port of your PC and the ZIG device for code updating (USB Debug Tool) using a USB cable.

- Connect the ZIG device for code updating and the analog input port of the main board of your monitor using a PC

(Analog) cable.

Execute Setup.exe file, and then connect the ZIG device for code updating using a USB cable.

To complete the installation, click “Next” and “Continue”. (The program is available separately.)

When your Windows OS displays the message “Found New Hardware” during installing, click “Cancel”.

If your Windows OS displays a message related to a device problem after the installation is completed you can ignore it.

The program is not affected by Windows OS system.
When the installation is complete using the Setup.exe file, the icon appears on your desktop.

Double click the icon to run the program.


