4. Troubleshooting

4-7. O/S Problems

Symptom

The LED power turns on but the screen is blank when the AV cable is connected.

Major

checkpoints

Check whether the BNC cable is connected correctly.

- Check whether the LVDS cable is connected to the panel correctly.

- Check whether the Lamp connector on the panel is connected to the IP-board correctly.

Replace SUB SMPS.

If Monitor is turned on at the MagicInfo,

Is DC 5V appear Pin#2(Stand-by 5V)

at CN6?

If Monitor is turned on at the MagicInfo,

Does the samsung logo appear?

Check whether the LED is

turned on, and check the Bios

IC.

Yes

Does Blue Screen like the picture

When MagicInfo is booting, Does error

message like the picture appear?

Yes

Check the CPU and DIMM memory

and replace the Network Board.

Replace SUB FDM.

Caution
