6.1. Controls
Network Recorder plays live or recorded video on the server software while archiving data on the PC.

Playing live video of a camera
1. Select a camera on the list.
2. Click ‘Instant Viewer’ icon ( ), then ‘Instant Viewer’ window pops up and displays live video.

1. Select a camera on the list.
2. Click ‘Instant Player’ icon (
), then ‘Instant Player’ window pops up and plays the latest recorded video.
„ On a PC with Windows 2003 OS, Direct-X hardware acceleration should be
set as ‘Maximum’ to execute ‘Instant Viewer’ or ‘Instant Player’.
Caution
6.2. Checking Recording Status
Network Recorder displays recording status. User may check the recorded data status by selecting date and
time.
Unlike ‘Player’ software of ‘Network Manager’ program, ‘Instant Player’ software is to confirm video instantly by
selecting a video clip on the list. User may define time duration in which to search video clips.
