6-3-4 When the power doesn't come in.
1. Pre-inspection Items
1) Power voltage (AC198V ~ AC242V)
2) Power cable connection
3) Check if the standard lamp(in blue) of the display part twinkles with a bang sound when you supply power.
If not, please check the fan according to the following procedure.
2. Inspection Procedure
1) Checking the main PCB power
(1) Check if the power cable connector(in black or white) were normally assembled.
• White : to the N(1) terminal of the terminal block
• Black : to terminal 1 of PCB
(2) Check if the outdoor power cable connector were normally assembled.
• White : to the N(1) terminal of the terminal block
• Black : to terminal 1 of the terminal block
(3) Check if the PCB fuse(F701, 250V 3.15A) is disconnected.
(4) Check the output voltage of the static voltage IC.
• KA78L05(IC02) : DC4.7 ~ 5.3V

If no DC power source was output from the above items, PCB should be replaced.
2) Checking outdoor unit power supply
(1) Press the TURBO button with the remote control.
- In 3 minutes, check the outdoor unit(compressor/outdoor fan) is operating.
- If not, check the voltage of both black and white cable of the outdoor unit power supply connector. (AC198V ~ AC242V)
(2) Supply AC 220V to the outdoor unit forcibly.
(3) If the outdoor unit has no motion, check the outdoor unit and surrounding connection cables.
(4) If the outdoor starts operation, check the indoor unit connection and PCB.
