Phonebook
You can store phone numbers and their
corresponding names in the memories of your card
and the phone. The card and phone’s memories,
although physically separate, are used as if they
were a single entity, called Phonebook.
Find
(Menu 2-1)
This menu allows you to find an entry using a
person’s name, group name, or memory location.
Note : You can quickly access this menu by pressing
the Find soft key in Standby mode.
To change the finding method, press the Left or
Right key until the option you want to use displays;
By name , By group , or By storage .
Finding an entry by name
1. If necessary, press the Left or Right key to scroll
to By name .
When you select this method, the whole list of
all of the Phonebook entries appears in
alphabetical order.
2. Enter the first few letters of the name you want
to find and press the OK soft key.
Your phone highlights the first matching name.
3. If necessary, press the Up or Down key to scroll
through the entries.
