Using Digital Special Effects

Digital Still Camera Mode : Advanced Techniques

The DSE (Digital Special Effects) function works in 

(Program), 

(Movie), M, S and A

modes.

✤

Digital Special Effects allow the user to create professional looking effects on their images. 

1. Set the 

Power

switch to 

(CAMERA).

2. Set the 

Mode Dial

to 

(Program), 

(Movie), M, S or A.

3. Press the 

MENU

button.

4. Move the 

Joystick

to the left or right to select 

(EFFECT).

The available options are listed.

5. Select the desired option by moving the 

Joystick

up or down, then press the

Joystick(OK)

or 

MENU

The selected option is applied.
