3-12-1 Disassembly

1. Remove the Washer Slit

. Then lift the Gear

Capstan

2. Remove the Belt Timing

. Then lift the Gear

Pulley Ass’y

3. Lift the Gear Cam Main

and the Lever Cam

3-12-2 Reassembly

1. Mount the Gear Pulley Ass’y

on the main

base. Then hang the Belt Timing

to the

Gear Pulley Ass’y

2. Mount the Gear Capstan

so that the Belt

Timing

is hung to the Gear Capstan

3. Install the Washer Slit

4. Insert the Lever Cam

into the Pin

5. Align the hole of the Lever Cam

with the

Timing hole “A” of the Main Base .

6. Align the hole of the Gear Cam Main

with the

Timing hole “B” of the Main Base. Then mount
the Gear Cam Main

Note :

When reassembling the Gear Cam Main

, Align the timing point of the Gear

Mode S/W. (See Fig. A)
