Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Troubleshooting
• If you suspect the terminal does not operate correctly, you can check
with diagnostics by yourself.
For details, see NTT DOCOMO website.
• First, check if software update is needed and if it is necessary, update
the software (Updating software) (P.138).
• When problems do not improve after checking the following items,
contact by the following method. Please see the last page of this
manual for contact information.

Cannot turn on the
terminal.
• Is the battery exhausted? → P.28
Screen is frozen,
cannot turn off the
power.
• Restart the terminal forcibly by pressing and
holding [Side key] and volume DOWN key for 7-8
seconds when the screen is frozen or you cannot
turn the power off.
* Note that data and the settings may be erased
since the operation restart forcibly.
Charging

Check and remedy
Cannot charge the
terminal.
• Is the power plug of adapter correctly inserted to
an outlet or accessory socket?
• Are the adapter and terminal inserted correctly?
• When using the AC adapter (sold separately), is
the Type-C plug of AC adapter firmly connected
to this terminal? → P.29
• When using a USB cable A to C 02 (sold
separately), is the power of the PC turned on?
• If you execute calls, communications or other
operation for a long time while charging, hot and
cannot charge the terminal. In this case, wait
until the temperature of the terminal drops down
and retry charging.

charging.
• While operating or charging, or if you operate
apps for a long time while charging, the terminal
or adapter may become hot. There is no operation
problems and you can continue to use it.
