CLIR (Calling Line Identification
Restriction, ISDN Only)
If the called person has a telephone with a display
and his/her network supports CLIP, your telephone
number will still not be displayed.
Under circumstances, the called person’s network
may inform him/her that the presentation of the
number is supported, but the caller has deactivated
the function. The remote station does not know
your number, but recognizes your intention.
This setting only applies for one call.

CLIR Service
- If the network of the remote station supports
CLIP(CLIP = Calling Line Identification
Presentation) and his/her network operator
provides the possibility of tracing malicious
telephone calls, it is still possible for the called
station to find out your number during a call.
- The ‘CLIR’ function can be used only if the
system is OfficeServ SOHO ISDN Type.
