WIP-5000M User Guide

Refusing or deflecting a Call

When You can hear an incoming call, but you do not
want to take it at the moment, you can refuse or
deflect a call.

When Your handset is ringing. Press the

[MENU] button

Press the

button and select the

required function

[1: Call Refusal]: The connection will then be
terminated.

[2: Call Deflect]: If you enter the telephone
number of the extension which the call is to be diverted
to and then press the OK key. The call will then be
deflected.
