The system database is
NOT
stored in SRAM. The system database is now stored in the on-
board NAND FLASH. This data can remain in NAND-FLASH until the system is defaulted.
TO DEFAULT THE SYSTEM, simply power ON the OS7400 while this switch (S1) is in
the OFF position. After defaulting the system, always power the OS7400 off and set
this switch S1 to the ON position, then boot the system back up again. System can
also be defaulted by selecting “MEMORY CLEAR” in MMC 811.

Switch 5 is reserved.
These DIP switches will not take effect unless the switches are set in the wanted position
and the system memory is cleared manually by using the Memory Backup switch. (This
means defaulting the system by booting the system with the S1 switch in the OFF
position.)
