NOTE: The OfficeServ 7100 only supports PRI service and does not support T1 service
even though the TEPRI and TEPRIa cards support both.
The descriptions about each part on the rear of the cabinet are listed in the table below.

Power on/off switch for the OfficeServ 7100 system.
AC Power connector
Connector for the power cable connection
AC LED
The LED indicates the input of AC power.
DC LED
The LED indicates the normal output of DC power.
Battery Socket
Connector for an external battery
Ground Lug
Connection for system ground cable.
3.2 MP10/MP10a PROCESSOR CARD
This section describes the procedures for setting switches and installing optional daughter
cards on the MP10/MP10a as well as installing the MP cards in the processor slot.
The OfficeServ 7100 MP10/MP10a (Main Control Processor) controls the system operation.
The MP10/MP10a is required for all configurations and goes only in slot 0 of the cabinet.
The MP10/MP10a comes standard with a built-in 4 port Voice Mail/Auto Attendant and 8 VoIP
MGI (Media Gateway Interface) channels. The MGI features and capacities are controlled by
license keys entered in system programming.
NOTE:
This manual covers the installation and startup of both the MP10 and MP10a processor
cards. Take note that the SD media cards are different and they are not compatible. Verify
that the MP10 MMC+/SD card is installed in the MP10 and the MP10a SD card is installed in
the MP10a.
