4. Troubleshooting

Original paper jam inside of scanner

1) Remove any remaining pages from the DSDF.

2) Open the DSDF cover.

3) Gently remove the jammed paper from the DSDF.

If you do not see paper in this area, go to the next step.

4) Open the DSDF.

5) Open the DSDF jam cover.
