For Homemade Chilli Paste
Combine ingredients in ceramic bowl. Put it in the
microwave oven. Operate a Microwave 100 % for 3 mins.
After cooking, Discard chilli water, rinse and remove
seeds. Blend soften chilli with a 100 g water and 1 tsp.
oil to make a smooth chilli paste.
Method for Fried Coriander Seeds
Put Coriander seeds on a plate. Operate a Microwave
60 % for 1 min.
Methods for Complete Rendang
Blend in the bracket ingredients into smooth thick paste
with all the prepared chilli paste and enough water for
smooth blending. Combine well all ingredients into a
casserole. Put it in the microwave oven. Select this menu
in autocook and press a
START
button. When the beeps,
take out and stir. Even if you don’t take out it for stirring,
this oven keep operating. If you take out it, press a
START
button after stirring. After cooking, serve hot.

Mackerel

Mackerel 2-3 ea, Salt and Turmeric
powder to taste, Banana Leaf, Oil 2 tbsp.
