Frozen Pelmeni – 15 pc (10-12 g one piece),
Chicken stock or water with dry concentrate –
600 ml, Whole black pepper – 3-5 pc.,
Bay leaf – 1 pc.
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a big bowl, add boiling stock. Mix upside
down. Start cooking. As soon as oven beeps, turn it upside down
and continue cooking process.

Buckwheat

Buckwheat – 100 g, Salt – 2g,
Boiling water – 300 ml
Instructions
Put into a bowl shaped plate buckwheat, salt. Add boiling water,
mix well. Start cooking.

Lemon - 1 slice, Mint - several leaves
Instructions
Add tea leaves, 1 slice of lemon and mint leaves into water. Heat
uncovered. Leave it to stand in the oven. Be careful while taking
the cup out. Strain.

Dry red wine - 150 ml, Orange - 20 g,
Lemon - 10 g, Sugar - 10 g, Cinnamon - 1 stick,
Clove - 1 g
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Heat uncovered. Do not boil. Leave it to stand
in the oven. Be careful while taking the cup out.

honey

Water - 200 ml, Cinnamon - 1/2 tbsp,
Honey - 1 tbsp
Instructions
Add cinnamon to water. Heat uncovered. Leave it to stand in the
oven. Be careful while taking the cup out. Cool down till it’s warm.

Tea leaves - 1 tea spoon, Milk - 100 ml,
Water - 100 ml, Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon,
Cardamom - 1 pcs, Cinnamon - 1/2 tea spoon,
Sugar – 2
Instructions
Mix water and milk and add mix of spices, tea leaves. Heat
uncovered. Leave it to stand in the oven. Be careful while taking
the cup out. Strain.
