Call Transfer
This function allows you to transfer a connected call to another station or a C.O. line.

When your phone rings, lift the handset and talk
to the caller.

If the caller wants a third party, press the
[Transfer]
button. Upon hearing dial tone,
press the phone numbers where the call
is to be transferred.
- For the C.O. line, press the C.O. line connection
number and then the phone numbers; for the extension
line, press the extension numbers only.

If a ring tone is heard, replace the handset.
When transferring a call, the following situations may occur:
- When the recipient to whom the call is transferred is busy or does not answer.
Press the
[Transfer]
button twice to reconnect to the original call or Select
[Connect]
in the AOM screen and press the
[Enter]
button.
- You transferred an external call to the recipient on an extension line and replace
the handset without checking if the recipient you called answered, and it is
discovered that he/she did not answer.
The original caller will call you again.
- When the recipient to whom the call is transferred is busy.
You may either call the original caller again or use the hold option to let the original
caller wait until he/she would be able to talk.
