Transport and Handling

Care must be taken when transporting, storing and installing the equipment:

At least two people should lift the cylinder to prevent injuries.

The cylinder must be stored in a dry area and must never be dropped during handling.

Packaging should only be removed at the installation location.

The cylinder must be installed on a level floor with the required load bearing capability. Installation, ser-

vicing, maintenance and repair must be carried out by a competent person.

The Smart Plumb Compact unit is delivered fully

packaged and fixed to a wooden pallet base. Care

should be taken when transporting the cylinder

unit ensuring that the casing is not damaged by

impact.

Do not remove the protective packaging until the

cylinder unit has reached its final location. This

will help protect the structure and control panel.

The cylinder unit must be transported in an upright position only.
