Deletes characters from the display.

When pressed and held while entering a
phone number, the
key enters a
pause.
When pressed and held in Idle Mode,
the
key enters or exits the Quiet
Mode.

During a call, adjust the earpiece
volume.
In Idle Mode with the phone open,
adjust the key tone volume.
When pressed and held at an incoming
call with the folder closed, reject the call
or silence the ring tone. See page 102.
