Odpravljanje težav

Preden se obrnete na servisni center Samsung poizkusite naslednje.

Igralnega ploščka ni mogoče uporabljati

Ko so baterije povsem prazne, ne morete uporabljati igralnega ploščka. Zamenjajte baterije.

Igralni plošček zamrzne

Pritisnite in zadržite gumb za seznanjanje prek Bluetooth približno tri sekudne, da vklopite način
seznanjanja prek povezave Bluetooth. Ko igralni plošček preklopi v način za seznanjanje prek
Bluetooth, znova povežite naprave, nato pa preverite delovanje igralnega ploščka.
Če ostane težava prisotna še naprej, se obrnite na servisni center Samsung.

Druga naprava Bluetooth ne najde vašega ploščka

Poskrbite, da je vaš igralni plošček v načinu za seznanjanje prek povezave Bluetooth.

Poskrbite, da sta vaš igralni plošček in druga naprava Bluetooth znotraj dosega povezave
