Program Trunk Names
[MMC 404]
You can assign a name or identification to each C.O. line, up to 11 characters long.
The procedure for entering names is the same as described in
Program Station
Names
.
Program Keys
VOLUME UP & DOWN - Used to scroll through options.
KEYPAD - Used to enter selections.
SOFT KEYS - Move cursor left and right.
SPEAKER - Used to store data and advance to next program.
HOLD - Used to clear previous entry.
‘A’ - Used to toggle upper and lower case.
ACTION

1. Open customer programming and select
404
2. Dial trunk (e.g.,
72
)
OR
Press
UP
or
DOWN
to select trunk and press the right
soft key to move the cursor
3. Enter the trunk name (e.g. SAMSUNG) and press the right
soft key to return to step 2
If you make a mistake, either press
HOLD
to clear the entire
entry or use the
DOWN
key to move the cursor back
4. Press
TRSF
to store and exit programming
OR
Press
SPEAKER
to store and advance to next MMC
