Description

The paper keeps jamming.

There is too much

paper in the tray.

Remove excess paper from the tray

Check that the paper guides are set

correctly.

There may be debris

inside the printer.

After opening the front cover,

remove the imaging unit and then

clear the debris.

An incorrect type of

paper is being used.

Use only paper that meets printer

specifications.
