When the LSB of n is 0, emphasized mode is turned off.
When the LSB of n is 1, emphasized mode is turned on.

* Printing is slower in emphasized mode.
Only the lowest bit of n is enabled.
The printer does not emphasize bit-images.
This command and ESC ! turn on and off emphasized mode in the same way. The last
proceeded command becomes effective.
Printer output is the same in double-strike (ESC G) and in emphasized.
