Strange noise is
generated.
• Check whether crackling
sound is generated.
• The crackling sound
may be heard during
ion production. Do not
worry about this.
The purity level
indicator remains
red
• Check whether uncovered
dust or a material that
may cause odor is in the
indoor room.
• Check whether you have
cleaned the product on a
regular basis.
• Clean the dust and
Gas(Odor) sensor.
• If there is a material that
may cause odor in the
indoor room, the purity
level indicator may
remain red.
• If the purity level
indicator still remains
red regardless of the
solution suggested
above, sensor or wire
can be the reason of
the problem. Contact a
service center.
The purity level
indicator remains
red or orange but
the fan speed does
not change
• Check whether the fan
speed is not set to Auto.
• Set the fan speed as
Auto mode.
• If the fan speed is set to
High, Mid, Low or Sleep,
it does not change.
