Installing a drain pipe

1 . Depending on the height of the hole on the wall, install the drain pipe as shown below .

When the height of the hole for pipe on the wall is lower than the hole for pipe of the
indoor unit

f

f

When the height of the hole for pipe
on the wall is higher than the hole for
pipe of the indoor unit

2 . When the drain hose installation is completed, pour water to check that the water is well drained .

3 . When passing the pipe through the wall, be careful not to make the situations as shown below .

• Hole on the wall is higher .

• Tip of the hose is immersed in the

water .

• Pipe is bent .

5 cm or less

Sewer

• Gap between the pipe and the

ground is close .

• Tip of the hose is within the sewer .
