  Remove power cables or signal cables connecting the current 

hard drive.

The picture above shows the cable locations on a detached 

hard drive case.

When disconnecting the power cable and signal cable, be 

sure to push each latch to remove.
The connection ports may be damaged if this is not done.

  Insert the new hard drive and secure it with four screws.

  Connect the power cable and signal cable to the hard drive 

and then install the hard drive case in the computer.

Connect this to the existing hard drive.
