• Remove the seal (
O23
) with a screwdriver;
• Remove the guide band (
O22
) with a screwdriver and replace
it with a new one;
Upper seal
• Remove the ring nut (
O20
);
• Using a screwdriver, extract the second band (
O24
) located
below the seal (
O23
) and insert a new band in the same
position;
• Assist insertion by applying leverage to the outside of the
ring (
O23
), pushing from the outside inwards and helping
the ring to lodge in the seating, while being careful not to
damage the ring’s contact surfaces.
• Remove the ring
(
O21
);
The positioning of the seal (O23) equires special
care during assembly.
Lubricate with grease before fitting.
