INSTALACIÓN DE CARTUCHO DE GRASA
Quitar cartucho de grasa vacío.
1.
Tire hacia atrás de la manija del seguidor hasta que la varilla del
mismo esté completamente extendida y enganche la estría de la
varilla en la ranura de la tapa del tubo de grasa.
2.
Desenrosque el tubo de grasa de la pistola.
3.
Libere cuidadosamente la manija para expulsar el cartucho vacío del
tubo contenedor.
Instalar un cartucho de grasa.
1.
Quite la tapa de plástico del cartucho de grasa e inserte el mismo en
el tubo contenedor.
2.
Quite la lengüeta del cartucho de grasa y enrosque el tubo de grasa
en el conjunto de la bomba.
3.
Libere la varilla de la ranura para que pueda ir hacia adelante Purgue
el aire de la bomba (ver instrucciones de purgado).
LLENADO DE PISTOLA DESDE CONTENEDOR A GRANEL
1.
Quite el tubo de grasa de la pistola.
2.
Inserte el extremo abierto del tubo de grasa dentro del lubricante.
Lentamente, tire hacia atrás la manija del seguidor mientras empuja
el tubo de grasa más profundamente dentro del lubricante para
evitar que bolsas de aire sean impulsadas dentro del tubo de grasa.
3.
Cuando la varilla del seguidor esté completamente extendida, tire
hacia los costados para enganchar la estría de la varilla dentro de la
ranura de la tapa del tubo de grasa.
INSTALL A GREASE CARTRIDGE
Removing empty grease cartridge.
1.
Pull back on the follower handle until the follower rods is fully
extended and latch the follower rod groove into the slot on the tube
en cap of the grease tube.

. Unscrew the grease tube assembly from the gun.

. Carefully release the follower handle to eject the empty cartridge
from container tube.
Installing grease cartridge.
1.
Remove the plastic cap from the grease cartridge and insert
cartridge into the container tube.
2.
Remove the pull tab from grease cartridge and screw grease tubo
into pump assembly.

. Release follower rod from slot to allow it to go forward. Purge air
from pump. See air purging instructions.
TO FILL THE GUN FROM BULK CONTAINER
1.
Remove grease tube from the gun.
2
. Insert the open end of the grease tube assembly into lubricant.
Slowly pull the follower handle back while pushing the grease tube
assembly deeper into the lubricant to prevent air pockets from being
pulled into the grease tube assembly.

. When the follower rod is extended, pull it sideways to latch the rod
groove into the keyhole slot in the grease tube assembly cap.
4.
Turn the grease tube into the gun and release the follower rod from
he slot on the end cap of the tube to allow the follower rod to go
forward.
5
. Clean any excess grease off the gun body.
TO FILL THE GUN WITH A FILLER PUMP
A bulk filler fitting will need to be installed in the grease gun head cap
(not included). Replace the pipe plug in the head cap with the bulk
loader fitting. Engage the follower rod with the follower by rotating the
handle. Insert the gun filler nipple into the filler pump socket. Operate
the filler pump to fill the container. When the follower rod groove is
exposed, the grease tube assembly is filled. The follower rod will be
extended approximately 8 inches (20 cm). Disengage the follower rod
from the follower by rotating the follower handle. Push the follower rod
into the grease tube assembly.
TO EXPEL AIR POCKETS
1.
Free the follower rod from the grease tube assembly cap and depress
the event valve when pushing the follower rod forward.

. Squeeze the switch several times to operate gun until trapper air is
expelled. Push the follower rod into the grease tube assembly.

Coloque el tubo de grasa dentro de la pistola y libere la varilla del
seguidor de la ranura, para permitir que la varilla del seguidor vaya
hacia adelante.
5.
Limpie cualquier excedente de grasa del cuerpo de la pistola.
LLENADO DE PISTOLA CON BOMBA DE LLENADO
Es necesario instalar un adaptador de llenado a granel en la tapa de
cabeza de la pistola de engrase (no incluida). Reemplace el conector del
tubo en la tapa de la cabeza con el adaptador de llenado a granel.
Enganche la varilla de seguridad con el seguidor girando la manija del
mismo. Inserte la boquilla de llenado de la pistola en el receptáculo de
la bomba de llenado. Accione la bomba de llenado para llenar el
recipiente. Cuando la estría de la varilla del seguidor esté expuesta, el
tubo de grasa estará lleno.
La varilla del seguidor estará extendida aproximadamente 20 cm (8 pulgadas),
desengánchela girando la manija y empújela dentro del tubo de grasa.
PURGA DE BURBUJAS DE AIRE
1.
Libere la varilla del seguidor de la tapa del tubo de grasa y presione
la válvula de venteo mientras empuja la varilla del seguidor hacia
adelante.
2.
Presione el interruptor varias veces para operar la pistola hasta que
sea expelido el aire atrapado. Empuje la varilla del seguidor dentro
del tubo de grasa.
