6.4.2.2. Procedure B2: Re-assembly of the seat-holder assembly (13)
• Step 1 :
Reassemble the diffusor (16.3), the PEEK seal (16.2) and
the seat (16.1).
• Step 2:
Tighten the screw (15).
Tightening torque: 2 Nm / 1.4752 Ft/Lbs.
If a screen (18) is required, please refer to procedure B3.
Otherwise, go directly to step 3 below.
• Step 3:
Tighten the cartridge stop (14) manually.
• Step 4:
Lubricate the seat-holder (13.1) thread with grease
(vaseline grease).
• Step 5:
Tighten the seat-holder assembly (13) by means of the
wrench supplied with the gun.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm / 7.376 Ft/Lbs.
During this operation, be careful to move the needle
backwards when operating the trigger (22) to prevent
from damaging the ball.
For applications from thick to pasty materials, we
recommend an installation without diffusor (16.3) in order
to limit pressure drops.
