The product quality has been checked and meets the required standards and regulations and
is permitted for use.
NOTE:
Warranty card without the required information or with corrected or illegible
information –
is invalid.
12.
WARRANTY TERMS
12.1.
Warranty claim procedures
1.
The manufacturer guarantees its rake against faults in materials or production.
2.
Faults or damages to the machine found within 24 months from the date of purchase shall be
removed free of charge at the Purchaser.
3.
Faults or damages should be submitted personally, in writing or by telephone. Repairs shall be
carried out within 14 days. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an
authorised SaMASZ dealer.
4.
Warranty claims regarding the product replacement or refunding are considered if received
within 14 days by the Manufacturer.
5.
The following parts and situations are not covered by warranty:
a)
use of the rake for any purpose other than described in the operator's manual,
b)
working on rocky fields and consequences,
c)
running into any obstacle,
d)
too fast lowering of the machine onto the ground,
e)
too low raking and use of too high rotary speeds of raking units, which may damage the
working units,
f)
fortuitous events or other, for which the warrantor shall not bear any responsibility,
g)
driving tractor with aggregated rake through deep ditches,
h)
normal wearing as a result of intensive use of such parts as:
raking tines, tubes and sliding elements, joints, rubber and metal absorbers, tires, tine
beams, fasteners, bearings, etc. Such repairs may be carried out at the expense of the
rake's purchaser only.
6.
The Purchaser bears the costs of technical evaluation - when the manufacturer finds that a
claimed product is free of defects and a technical report confirms that.
