i) ground unevenness leading to sharp extension arm motions, and in result, blades' bending and
jamming,
j) any mechanical damages,
k) any damages due to cutting non-wooden materials,
l) no oil in oil collecting pan on the circular saw due to its draining.
6. The costs of technical assessment are borne by the Purchaser - if the Manufacturer determines
that the product being subject to claim is defect free and what is confirmed by a further expertise.
7. Parts of the circular saw which are not covered by this warranty as a result of normal wearing
during intensive use:
a) circular blades,
b) bearings.
8. The Manufacturer has the right to cancel the warranty in the following cases:
a) introducing design modifications or willful causing of damages,
b) vast damage caused by fortuitous events or others, for which the Manufacturer does not bear
any responsibility,
c) required records missing in the warranty card or the warranty card filled in independently,
d) use of the machine for any purpose other than provided in the operator's manual.
9. Manufacturer can break the service agreement with immediate effect when the user does not pay
receivables under the agreement in a timely manner and the delay in payment is longer than 30
days from maturity date. Breaking the service agreement by the Contractor for causes lying on the
user side makes simultaneous termination of the extended warranty given for the particular
machine.
10. Manufacturer does not bear any compensation responsibility for the loss caused by the machine
breakdown during its operation.
NOTE:
Please ask your dealer to fill the warranty card with proper dates, stamps and
signature when purchasing. Lack of this important information may cause cancel
of warranty.
NOTE:
The warranty card is valid only when there are the following information: address,
date and place of purchase, circular saw type and invoice number.
NOTE:
Every after-warranty repair can be done against payment by the repair shops
authorised by the dealer. Authorisation is a duty of your dealer.
NOTE:
The manufacturer reserves the right to alter technical design and specification
without prior notice and without liability.
