11.

 

WARRANTY TERMS

 

11.1.

 

Warranty claim procedure 

1.

 

The manufacturer provides good quality and defect-free operation of the circular saw covered by 
this 

warranty  if  the  circular  saw’s  operation  is  performed  in  accordance  with  this  o

perator's 

manual.  

2.

 

Faults or damages to the machine found within 12-month period from the date of purchase shall 

be removed free of charge at the purchaser’s or the manufactur

e

r’s.

 

3.

 

Faults  or  damages  should  be  submitted  personally,  on  letter  or  by  telephone.  Repairs  shall  be 
carried out within 14 days. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an 
authorized SaMASZ dealer. 

4.

 

Warranty claims regarding replacing of the product or repayment are considered within 14 days by 
the Manufacturer. 

5.

 

The following cases are not covered by the warranty: 

a)

 

fortuitous  events  or  other  occurrence,  for  which  the  Manufacturer  does  not  bear  any 
responsibility, 

b)

 

use of the circular saw for any purpose other than described in the operator's manual, 

c)

 

normal wearing of circular saw's operating parts,  

d)

 

high  tractor's  driving  speed  with  the  extension  arm-saw  aggregate  mounted  resulting  in 
violent, impact contact of the saw with the material to be cut, 

e)

 

high circular saw's loading due to large amount of tree branches, bushes or their large sizes, 

f)

 

cutting tree branches, bushes with diameter higher than

g)

 

cutting long tree branches at their base, which causes the saw to be jammed in the material 
cut, 

h)

 

locking one of the circular blades due to contaminations wound up on the hub,
