The mower should be connected to the tractor using the three point hitch (TPH), as shown on
Pict 9. The hangers W of the lower ties of the tractor should be placed under the bolts A
(Pict 9) of the suspension frame of the mower. The chain Ł is placed on the bolt of the upper
tie in order to protect the mower from falling of the hangers W. After connecting the mower its
position should be adjusted on level ground using the upper regulated tie G and the hangers W
of the lower ties of the tractor (Pict 9). Connect the hydraulic hoses of the mower into
the hydraulic receptacle of the single-section tractor.
3.
After connecting the mower to the tractor check the lengthwise balance and steering ability of
the tractor-mower unit. In order to achieve this entire unit must be weighed first, then drive
onto the scale only with the front axle of the tractor (the mower must be in the transport
position, lifted up). If the weight of the front axle of the tractor is at least 20% of the entire
weight of the unit then steering ability has been preserved. If this is not the case the front axle
should be additionally weighed down.

5.2. Connecting the articulated telescopic shaft (ATS)
The shaft should be connected with the unidirectional clutch side toward the mower.
The cover should be secured so that it does not spin by securing the holding chains to a permanent part
of the body of the tractor and the loop on the guard of the splined shaft of the mower drive shaft.
