each time – perform these until there are no more
bulges on the belt.
NOTE:
Precision is recommended, so belts and their edges worked symmetrically on
rollers. Well-adjusted belt cannot be bulged in places where v-belt is guided
inside the roller channel.

LUBRICATION
7.1.
Cutterbar
Cutterbar is filled with oil through plug closed hole
A
(
Fig. 46
). Adequate oil level with
horizontal position of the cutterbar is 5÷7 mm from the cutterbar's bottom. In order to drain oil from
the cutterbar dismount the cutterbar enclosure by releasing bolts (
B
). The best time to drain the oil
is immediately after the operation, if still warm. Amount of oil to be filled is provided in
table
9
.

Intersecting axis gears
Prior to operation (e.g. some more demanding a task) firstly examine oil level and if need be
refill it once air vent is taken out
A
in upper section of the gear (
Fig. 47
). Oil level is inspected by
opening check plug
B
on the side of the gear. If oil level is too low, refill oil until it is visible in the
check opening. Oil level in gear: approx. 1 litre. Plug
C
is used to drain oil.

NOTE:
The above provisions should be strictly kept. If discs found on the cutterbar
are able to move freely, then high temperature of axis gear should not be a
point of concern, as in result of a long-term operation it may reach 60-80°C.
