TENSIONING OF THE DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
Discharge conveyor located on the front or the back of the machine is used to unload fodder.
To ensure it functions properly, its tension needs to be regulated after few hours of working. It also
needs to be regulated when it slides on the arbor. To do so, loosen the screws of arbor’s bearings
tightened from the side of the strip (1,2,3,4) and tighten it by 5mm. If the belt is still too loose,
tighten it by 5mm again. It is crucial to tighten the screws on the bearing ofarbor tightening
discharge conveyor and check if the belt is working properly. Discharge conveyor cannot be too
tight because it may cause damage. It is important that it is tightened equally from both sides and is
not crooked.
