BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Take the appliance out of the box, remove
all protecti ve cardboards and foil.
2. Wash the parts which come in contact with
the food.
3. Make sure that your power mains para-
meters match the nameplate rati ngs of the
aplliance.
USING THE MIXER

1. Before assembling the appliance, make sure
that the power cord is not connected to the
power socket and that the speed control
knob

is set to “0”.
2. Install the whipping whisks

or the dough
hooks

in the mixer sockets

. Place
the fl anged hook in the larger socket, and
the other hook in the smaller socket. The
whipping whisks

are identi cal and can be
installed in either socket

. You will hear
a disti ncti ve click if the parts are installed
correctly.
REMEMBER!
Check whether the parts are
assembled correctly aft er each installati on
of the whisks or hooks. Components may fall
out of the device during work, if they are not
installed properly.
The whipping whisk

is used, for example,
to mix egg yoke with sugar, create creams
or omelett e and pancake dough. The dough
hook

is used to mix shortcrust, yeast,
cheese cake and gingerbread doughs.
3. Place the ingredients in a bowl of appropri-
ate volume depending on their amount.
4. Connect the device to the mains.
5. Insert the whisk or the hook into the bowl,
turn on the appliance by switching the
control knob

from “1” to “5”.
