Warranty processing 

Repairs of material and workmanship defects within the warranty period will of 
course be carried out completely free of charge. 

 

Before you return the device 

However, before you send the device to us, we request you to send us a 
short email or call us. 
There could be a small thing or an operating error, a problem that we can easily 
solve with appropriate advice or information. This will save your mill an 
unnecessary transport load. 

 

Shipping - Packing 

If it is necessary to return your mill, please pack it in the original carton or, if 
possible, in a strong enough carton with sufficient protection. Please use plenty 
of stuffing material, such as newspapers, cartons, etc. 

You are welcome to request shipping info from us by email. 

Please also include information about the problem to be fixed and provide us 
with your phone number and email address so we can contact you. 
Please send the package to our address with sufficient postage. Please 
also think about transport insurance, which hardly causes higher postage 
costs.
