Troubleshooting
If faults should occur on this appliance, check them using the following table:
Fault
Possible cause
Remedy
The green indic
ator light or the il
luminated ring
does not light up
when the appli
ance is switched
on.
Main switch on front of the appli
ance is not turned on.
Turn on the main switch.
There is no power supply at all.
Notify
the electricity supply company.
The circuit breaker has tripped.
Have possible appliance faults checked
by an authorised customer service.
Reset the circuit breaker.
The appliance was heated with
no water in it. The safety ther
mostat has switched the heating
off.
Allow the appliance to cool and fill with
water. After a few minutes, reset the
safety thermostat with the reset button.

The appliance is
switched on but
does not heat up.
An upstream energy optimising
unit is not switching on the heat
ing.
Check the energy optimising unit.
If you cannot resolve the fault,

turn off the appliance and disconnect from the mains power,
