STEP 6 – Console Battery Assembly 

a. Loosen the 

Screw (M3x10mm)(142)

 at the bottom on the console by using the combination wrench to open the 

Battery Door (45). 

b. The 

Console (44)

 operates with FOUR AA rechargeable batteries, four batteries are included in the hardware 

box. 

 

c.  The machine is suitable for 

Nickel-Metal Hybrid/NI-MH 

rechargeable batteries only. 

 

 
 

 

d.  Install rechargeable batteries into the console. 
e.  Attach the 

Battery Door (45) 

onto the back of the

 Console (44)

 with the

 Screw (M3x10mm)(142).

 

 

STEP 7 – Upper Handlebar Assembly 

Insert the 

Upper Handlebar (46)

 into the 

Upright Post (48) 

and secure with 6pcs

 Bolts (M8xp1.25x16mm)(167)

.

 

 

STEP 8 – Connection Wire and Console Assembly 

a.  Plug the 

Connection Wire A (108)

 into the 

Connection Wire B (109).

 Be careful not to pinch the wires. 

b.  Plug the 

Pulse Sensor Wire A (111)

 into the 

Pulse Sensor Wire B (112).

 Be careful not to pinch the wires. 

c.  Place the 

Console (44)

 onto the 

Upright Post (48)

 and secure with 4pcs 

Bolts (M5xp0.8x15mm)(147)

 

STEP 9 – Handlebar Decoration Cover Assembly 

Attach the 

Front Handlebar Decoration Cover (53)

 and the

 Rear Handlebar Decoration Cover (54)

 to the 

Upright Post (48)

 and secure with 3pcs 

Screws (M4x20mm)(139)

 and 3pcs 

Bolts (M5xp0.8x15mm)(147)

 

NOTE: To prevent from any damages, general batteries and other type of batteries are not 
allowed
