STEP 13 – Back Cushion Frame
Assembly
NOTE: For shipping
purpose, 4 pcs Lock
Washers (M8)(118) and
4 pcs Button Bolts
(M8xp1.25x16mm)(155)
are attached on the
Back Cushion Frame (77).
a. Loosen above bolts and washers.
b. Follow the direction of the drawing
line. Insert the Back Cushion Frame
(77) onto the Back Cushion
Adjustment Bracket (79) and secure
with 4 pcs Lock Washers (118) and
4 pcs Bolts (M8x16mm)(155).
STEP 14 – Back Cushion &
Cover Assembly
NOTE: For shipping purpose, 4 pcs Button Bolts (M8xp1.25x20mm)(156) and 4pcs Round Bolts
(M6xp1.0x20mm)(149) are attached on the back of the Back Cushion (75).
a. Remove above bolts.
b. Attach the Back Cushion (75) onto the Back Cushion Frame (77) and secure with 4 pcs Bolts
(M8x20mm)(156).
c. Then attach the Back Cushion Cover (78) onto the Back Cushion (75) and secure with 4pcs Bolts
(M6×20mm) (149).
STEP 15 – Adjustment Lever Assembly
NOTE: For shipping purpose, each Adjustment Lever has
pre-assembled one pcs Nut (M8)(127) as the illustration shown
on the right.
a. Attach each one Adjustment Handle (67) to two Adjustment
Levers to the proper desired position.
b. To fully secure the Adjustment Handle
(67) by rotating the Nut (M8)(127) in
counterclockwise direction until
completely reach to the Adjustment
Handle (67).
STEP 16 – Pulse Sensor Wire Assembly
Connect the First Pulse Sensor Wire (113) to the Second Pulse Sensor Wire (114). NOTE: Be careful not to pinch
the wires.
