will not start

The power cord is not 

plugged in. There is an issue 

at the mains power supply. 

The Polisher is not turned on

Check the power cord 

is plugged in. Check the 

power at the mains. If there 

is no power, check the            

circuit connections

Turn on the polisher

The Polisher 

is operating 

slowly

Excess pressure has been 

applied to the Polisher

Decrease pressure applied

Excessive noise 

or rattling

Internal wear or damage

Do not use the machine

Overheated

Blocked vents or used 

continuously for too long

Allow unit to cool

Clean out the dust from 

the vents (whilst power is 

disconnected) with a fine 

brush or compressed air
