1 - GENERAL INFORMATION   

 

1.1 

PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL

 

The  purpose  of  this  manual  is  to  provide  the  information  necessary  for  assembly, 
use,  maintenance  and  safety  regarding  the  machine  in  question.  The  instructions 
contained  therein  are  aimed  at  obtaining  maximum  performance  in  terms  of 
performance,  productivity,  technological  result,  safeguarding  the  safety  of  the 
personnel in charge and the integrity of the machine.

 

Therefore,  all  operations,  from  assembly  to  maintenance,  must  be  carried  out  as

USERS OF THE MANUAL

 

The  manual  is  mainly  intended  for  users  of  the  machine,  assembly  workers  and 
maintenance  managers.  The  plant  manager  must  in  any  case  be  aware  of  all  the 
instructions  containing  the  safety  recommendations  (behavior  of  the  employees, 
limits of use of the machine, environmental conditions, maintenance planning, etc.) 
and must ensure that these are respected to avoid danger to personnel and damage 
to the machine. The Saint-Gobain company can modify the machine to improve the 
product, without any notice, therefore there may be differences between the machine 
in  your  possession  and  the  illustrations  in  this  manual,  however  safety  and

THE SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MANUAL,

 

ABSOLVE  TO  THEIR  DUTY  TO  THE  EXTENT  IN  WHICH  THEY 
ARE  IN  THE  IMMEDIATE  VICINITY  OF  THE  USERS  OF  THE 
MACHINE,  OF  THE  ASSEMBLY  PERSONNEL  AND  OF  THE 
MAINTENANCE MANAGERS. THEREFORE, MAKE SURE THAT 
THE MANUAL ALWAYS STAYS CLOSE TO THE MACHINE.
