METARIDDER
4.1 Errors
This section explains types of errors and error notification on the screen.
When the sensor error is detected with the machine in normal status, the internal buzzer sounds.
When each optional function is used, the buzzer (*1) sounds, and simultaneously the indicator
lamp (*2) lights in red.
(*1): The buzzer is optional.
(*2): The light tower is optional.
* For errors of the machine with optional equipment, refer to the description on each option.
4.2 Troubleshooting
Important
This section explains how to address errors. If the troubleshooting method
described in this section does not work, contact SAIKA.
4.2.1 Troubleshooting

The internal buzzer sounds.

Sensor error has occurred.
If a sensor error occurs, the metal detecting function is disabled.
Turn OFF the operation switch, and stop supplying a material.
If the error persists even after the operation switch is turned ON again, contact us.
4.2.2 Troubleshooting for other errors

List of problems
A) The power cannot be turned ON.
B) The discharge damper does not operate even if a metal piece has been detected.
C) Metal pieces cannot be detected.
D) The discharge damper is activated frequently or there is too much material discharged
improperly.
