Function 6 Activate / deactivate bus node user lock-out

For BC bus coupler only.

Function 6 activates the user lock-out with password on safety level II.
The password (PW) is a decimal 16-bit number between 0001 and
9999.

a user lock-out had previously been active
on safety level II.

User lock-out active on safety level II,
password-protected.

The password will be permanently saved in the bus coupler.

If you change the password from (0001 to 9999) to 0000 operation is
enabled and safety levels 1 and 2 are not active.
