In this annex you find the initialization string for the modem tested and most often use
on the PCD2 xx7 serie.

ATB0: V.110 asynchronous ex. for Pager CH (Phone Number: 074 090 01 03)
ATB3: HDLC async to sync conversion (PPP asynchronous)
ATB4: HDLC transparent (octets are packed into HDLC frames)
ATB5: Byte transparent (raw B channel data)
