VERTICAL LIFELINE SYSTEM

INSTALLATION OF TOP TERMINATION

STEP 1:
Install the top termination into top bracket and
ensure split ring is fixed properly.

INSTALLATION OF BOTTOM BRACKET

STEP 2:
Mark and drill holes just above bottom rung. Install
bottom bracket into ladder by using M12 bolts.

INSTALLATION OF SWAGELESS ASSEMBLY

STEP 3:
Cut cable to the length and install the tensioner. Install the tensioner with swageless assembly into bottom
bracket and tighten it until the spring reaches the mark.

INSTALLATION OF TENSION INDICATOR

STEP 4:
Slot the cable into tension indicator. Assemble the tension indicator as shown below.
Tension until indicator is located between correct tension markings.
